We will breakdown anatomy and its relationship to your body in motion. We unhinge the differences between, vegan, vegetarian , plant based diets and the Ayurvedic approach. You will receive a thorough overview that includes the main building blocks behind the amazing path to yogic life in an everyday setting. This course will give you the opportunity to understand where you need to grow and the encouragement to do so. You will receive suggested readings and documentaries that will carry you long into your future.
